CANCELLATION POLICY

Windhorse requires at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. This policy allows me to protect my time and serve clients efficiently. Thank you for your understanding and respect for my schedule.
